Context Matters is a free browser game for software testers about briefing an AI agent: you choose which sources and instructions to give it, and learn to spot poisoned or untrustworthy context before it reaches the model.
An AI agent is only as good as the brief it is handed. Context Matters puts you on the other side of the prompt, choosing what the agent gets to see, and shows you what happens when a plausible-looking source turns out to be poisoned.

What is context engineering?
Context engineering is the practice of deliberately choosing what information an AI model receives - the instructions, documents, examples and tools - rather than relying on prompt wording alone.
What is a poisoned source?
A poisoned source is input that looks legitimate but carries misleading facts or hidden instructions. When it reaches the model it can silently steer the output, which is why source vetting is part of testing an AI system.
Is this game suitable for a team session?
Yes. It runs about 5 to 10 minutes and works well as a discussion starter in a team or workshop setting.
