Deep Context
Deep Context is a free browser game for software testers about managing an AI agent's context window: you dive to collect useful context, avoid irrelevant or contradictory context that degrades the model, and surface before the window fills up.
Every token you feed an AI agent costs room in a fixed window. Deep Context turns that trade-off into a two-minute dive, so the cost of over-stuffing a prompt becomes something you feel instead of something you read about.

How to play Deep Context
- Start the dive and steer the diver down through the context layers.
- Swim into clean context - specs, logs, reproduction steps - to fill the payload.
- Steer around rot: stale docs, contradictions and off-topic noise that poison the window.
- Watch the depth and the remaining window. Surface before either runs out.
- Your run is scored out of 100 and can be posted to the global leaderboard.
What you will learn
- Why more context is not automatically better context.
- How irrelevant or contradictory input degrades an AI answer.
- What context rot looks like in a real agent session.
- How to budget a context window deliberately instead of dumping everything in.
Frequently asked questions
What is a context window?
A context window is the fixed amount of text, measured in tokens, that a language model can consider at once. Everything - your prompt, the documents you paste, the conversation so far and the model's reply - has to fit inside it.
What is context rot?
Context rot is the degradation in an AI answer caused by filling the window with stale, contradictory or irrelevant material. The model has no reliable way to know which parts to ignore, so bad context competes with good context.
Is Deep Context free?
Yes. Every game on Testing Titbits Playground is free, needs no sign-up and runs entirely in your browser.
How long does a game take?
About two minutes per dive. It is built to be replayed.
